From kickstarter to printer
In early 2024 I was lucky enough to be offered the job of handling all design and branding for the 'Tome of Intangible Treasures', an extremely high-quality reference guide for tabletop roleplaying games.
I oversaw everything, from the graphics on the kickstarter page, to the advertisements, to the actual print files.
Layout for the final book is currently underway.
Step 1: a wordmark
That's where it all began. This would inform the rest of the design.
Step 2: a kickstarter page
Next, I created a number of graphics, mockups, and custom elements for the project's kickstarter page
Step 3: a sample PDF
The last step towards the kickstarter launch was a 17 page sample PDF, giving viewers a taste of what the eventual book will look and feel like.
